What We Don’t Do

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your personal information with golf courses simply because you viewed their listing.

If you choose to visit a course website or contact a course directly, your interaction is between you and that course.

Cookies & Analytics

Local Links uses cookies and Google Analytics to remember preferences, improve performance, understand how the platform is used, and help us continue improving the experience. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, general location, and device type. This data is aggregated and is not used by us to personally identify you.

Course Information

We work hard to provide accurate golf course information. Verified Courses have confirmed their own information through the Local Links verification process.

Information for non-verified courses is gathered from publicly available sources and may change without notice. Golf course hours, rates, amenities, conditions, and availability are always subject to change.

Third-Party Services

Local Links may link to third-party websites, weather providers, map services, or golf course websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

Children's Privacy

Local Links is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Terms of Use

By using Local Links, you agree to use the platform responsibly and lawfully.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Links Golf LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including wasted trips, lost time, or lost business — arising from your use of the platform or reliance on information provided through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to Local Links is limited to the amount, if any, you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of Local Links will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
